We will explore several research methodologies that help creating a real user centered eGovernment. You will learn to choose which ones are useful for your business case and environment. We will explore the tools that are available and discuss some eGovernment best practices. Together we will practice some methodologies and evaluate the outcomes. After this tutorials you are capable of selecting and executing all user research needed for your eGovernment business case.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
After this tutorial you have learned how to select and perform research methodologies for eGovernment cases. You will have a list of methodologies, tools and best practices you can refer to. If you don't do research yourself, this tutorial helps you to evaluate research plans and reports from third party companies that you hire to perform your research.
PREPARATION
Please bring your project plan and other project documents. Any research reports or research question are also welcome. Don't hesitate to send us an e-mail with your questions and ideas about the tutorial.
