Project Manager, Cooperate Communications, Region Hovedstaden (Capital Region of Denmark)

Mette has worked in the Capital Region since 2005. Mette is responsible for building new web solutions for the Region - from the first analysis to the implementing project. The region is right now implementing a common solution for internet, intranet and extranet in the organization – mainly the 10 hospitals.

Mette has worked with project management of web projects for 10 years - from the customer side and the consulting side.

Region Hovedstaden (Capital Region of Denmark)

The Capital Region of Denmark is one of five administrative units in Denmark. The region was founded January 1st 2007 of 5 smaller units. The region provides among other services healthcare, mental care, regional development and research for 1,6 mio. people – approx. 30% of the population.

The region employs 36.000 people – mainly health care professionals – making it one of the largest employers in Denmark.

The region consists of 29 municipalities from the island of Bornholm in the east to Hundested in the west.
