Christian is a Senior Consultant at Bekk Consulting, where he has worked as a Project Manager, Developer and agile coach. Over the last few years he has helped introduce agile methodology into several projects and organizations. Recently he was the Technical Project Manager and development team leader for NAV’s (Norwegian Labour and Welfare Organization) award winning site and Norway’s largest public information portal.

He is on the board of the Norwegian Forum for Agile System Development, and is the current leader of Bekk’s internal competency group on agile methods. He frequently speaks on subjects including Agile System Development and Project Management, software quality, and TDD/BDD.

On a personal note Christian is a fanatic Liverpool supporter, and anyone interested in music can come watch his band play at in Oslo.
