Presentation
Wednesday, November 7th: 15.45 - 16.45
Track: MOSS 2007
MOSS 2007 supports the business strategy
Ten years ago Carlsberg was a big beer but a small company. Today we have become a big company. We have increased ownership in order to restructure and achieve synergies. This leads to common projects, policies and behaviour across the Group. This calls for Group communication! The challenge is of course, that we have grown through acquisitions – we are mixed children. To survive we need to change existing behaviours.
The presentation is based on how MOSS 2007 supports the new business strategy and will include the following subjects:
- Worldwide intranet roll out on a common platform
- Implementation of Carlsberg visual design
- How we got attention (and money!) from the top management
- Come see and feel the most user friendly C20 website in Denmark (elected by 1000 readers of the Danish newspaper, Børsen)
